Food Drive

Santa likes to have fun, but Santa also likes to spread joy and happiness to the less fortunate.

Every year, Santas who participate help a local charity. This year, we’ll be collecting money and donations to benefit Ballard Community Services and the Lawrence Humane Society.

A donation box will be available at the Sandbar. If you can’t be there for the beginning of SantaCon, or if you can’t participate at all, you’re still encouraged to drop off a donation.

Or money. Cash is always welcome at both agencies. Santa will collect the donations after SantaCon and deliver them to each agency.

Help make Santa’s load a little lighter and just bring cash. A suggested donation of $5 per person goes a long way.

Santa asks that every Santa bring something to help make the holidays a little brighter for those in need. Surely you can give up one shot or drink, right?!

If you really don’t want to bring cash, here’s a list of items that each agency needs.
